Zoning Board of Appeals
"Pursuant to the provisions of Section 267 of the Town Law a zoning board of appeals is hereby created and is referred to in this local law as the "Zoning Board of Appeals". Said Zoning Board of Appeals shall consist of five (5) members to be appointed by the Town Board which shall also designate one of the members as the chairman thereof, and for such term as provided by the Town Law and any amendments thereto.The Zoning Board of Appeals shall have all the powers and perform all the duties prescribed by statute and by this local law. The Zoning Board of Appeals shall establish such rules and regulations as are necessary for the transaction of thier business and as are not inconsistent with the terms and provisions of this local law, and the board may amend, modify and repeal the same."
